Pinatunayan ng People Power Revolution ng 1986 na ang mulat at organisadong mamamayan ang tunay na gumagawa ng kasaysayan. Basahin ang opisyal na pahayag ng PhilRights sa ika-40 anibersaryo ng People Power sa taong 2026.
Ika-8 ng Marso: Ang Kababaihan sa Unahan ng Kasaysayan
Mula sa panahong kolonyal hanggang sa kasalukuyan, hindi padadaig ang kababaihan dahil batid nilang hindi lalaya ang lipunan kung hindi malaya ang kababaihan. Malinaw ang aming paninindigan: Ipaglaban ang karapatan ng kababaihan sa pagkakapantay-pantay at sa ganap na pamumuhay nang may dignidad.
